1 - Introduce yourself:
My name is Daniel Ubach, I work as an art director, illustrator and graphic designer.
I have worked for 10 years for large agencies and multinationals such as Shackleton, DDB and TBWA.
During these years, I have worked, both online and offline, with very diverse clients such as Nissan, Volkswagen, Adidas, MediaMarkt, Fanta, Daitsu, Google ...
Currently I have started my own project, lolamolona.com, a study with great freshness and that seeks that all the works that are carried out, whether large or small, will have a result that we love.
When I am not working I usually draw with the Ipad ... it's my passion...

2 - Which artists inspire you and why?
Wow... today it is very difficult to say which artists inspire me... I follow more than 1000 accounts that are my inspirations :)
But it is true that I admire the work of some people, for example, for me, Alex Trochut is one of the best references of style, design, and trends.
I love the work and the atmosphere feelings of Brosmind Studio. They are really really cool people and they transmit this their designs.
I follow the work of Gabriel Soares, he is incredible doing characters and playing with the lights and volumes.
Cabeza Patata are a very cool inspiration, the way they play with very simple characters doing different actions and they play very good with the dress, colors, lights... and they can turn them into a very cool design.
Bakea is very good illustrator and do very cool mixes of his characters with real photos.
Gregmike is a good example of street art and illustration pop.
And the last one... (I could continue to infinity) is Okuda. I love his work, he plays with the colors and the characters, with space... and all seems chaotic but has sense and makes really beautiful pieces.

5 - What are you most proud of?
I'm really proud of working as a designer. I was a very bad student from age 8 until bachelor... And thanks to God, one day I changed my way of living, and I started to want to make an effort and to become something, so I started to work a lot until this day...

6 - What advice would you give for a young designer?
My advice is to work hard, go to museums, spend many hours looking at designs and trying to make the designs you admire, and above all, break your own barriers, sometimes we think that we are not able to make some kinds of designs ... and we are more capable than we believe.
